All dividends paid to Canadian taxpayers by Great-West Lifeco Inc. in 2006 have been designated as eligible dividends for purposes of determining the enhanced dividend tax credit.

2007 and subsequent years
All dividends paid by Canadian taxpayers by Great-West Lifeco Inc. in 2007 and subsequent years will be designated as eligible dividends for purposes of determining the enhanced dividend tax credit.
