Great-West Lifeco announces election of Directors

Winnipeg, Manitoba, May 4, 2017. . . Great-West Lifeco Inc. announced that the proposal to amend the Articles of the Corporation to increase the number of directors from 20 to 21 was passed by a 97.59% majority and that the 21 nominees listed in its Management Proxy Circular dated February 21, 2017 were elected as Directors of the Corporation at its Annual and Special Meeting held today in Winnipeg. The results of the vote by ballot are set out below.
