Colleen Bailey Moffitt

Colleen is the Executive Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer, a position she has held since September 2024. She was previously appointed as Senior Vice-President, Human Resources, Canada in 2021, and Vice-President, Talent Acquisition & Human Resources Business Partner in 2019.

Colleen provides deep expertise and leadership that has helped guide the organization through significant change, including the complex challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to joining Canada Life, Colleen served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Enercare Inc. She has also held multiple executive roles in HR at TD Canada Trust, PwC and Direct Energy.

Colleen holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo, and is passionate about leadership, career growth and development, and building empowering and inclusive employee culture.
