Fabrice Morin

Fabrice Morin is President and Chief Executive Officer, Canada.

Fabrice has over 20 years of global leadership experience in the financial services industry. Before being appointed to lead Canada Life’s Canadian business in 2024, he held positions including Executive Vice-President, Individual Wealth and Insurance Solutions and Executive Vice-President, Canadian Operations. In these roles, he led a series of portfolios including Finance, Strategy, Marketing, Real Estate, Individual Wealth and Insurance Solutions. 

He joined Canada Life in 2019 from Power Corporation of Canada, where he served as Vice-President. Prior to this, he was a partner with global consulting firm McKinsey & Company.

Fabrice has an honours bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and an honours master degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
