Fabrice Morin

Fabrice Morin is President and Chief Operating Officer, Canada.

Fabrice has over 20 years of global leadership experience in the financial services industry. Before becoming President and COO in February 2024, Fabrice served as Executive Vice-President, Individual Wealth and Insurance Solutions. He had also held the position of Executive Vice-President, Canadian Operations. In these roles, he led a series of portfolios including Finance, Strategy, Marketing, Real Estate, Individual Wealth and Insurance Solutions.

He joined Canada Life in 2019 from Power Corporation of Canada, where he served as Vice-President. Prior to this, he was a partner with global consulting firm McKinsey & Company.

Fabrice has an honours bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and an honours master degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School.
