T. Timothy Ryan

Mr. Ryan, Corporate Director, served as Head of NA Financial Institutions Group at JPMorgan Chase & Co. (“JPMorgan“), a global financial services firm, from 1993 to 2008 and Vice-Chairman of Global Regulatory Policy at JPMorgan from January to October, 2014. Mr. Ryan was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association from 2008 to 2013. He is a director of Canada Life, Empower, Power Corporation and Power Financial. Mr. Ryan is also non-executive Chairman of the board of Santander Holdings USA, Inc., Santander Bank, N.A. and Banco Santander International. He previously served as a director of Putnam Investments, Markit Ltd., Lloyds Banking Group plc and Koram Bank in Seoul, South Korea. He was a private sector member of the Global Markets Advisory Committee for the National Intelligence Council from 2007 to 2011. Mr. Ryan is a graduate of Villanova University and the American University Law School. Mr. Ryan was an officer in the US Army from 1967 to 1970.
